Lead Hands Mechanical Walls
The Mechanical Assembler Lead Hand is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising shop floor employees to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to quality and safety standards. This position ensures tasks are performed in sequence according to the production schedule while providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support. Additionally, the Lead Hand is responsible for daily progress reporting, attendance verification, and recommending personnel actions.
Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical)
The Manufacturing Engineer's primary function is to bridge the gap between Engineering and Operations and provide support to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the product and production cycle.
Mechanical Supervisor
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising lead hands and shop floor employees while ensuring production follows schedule, quality, and safety standards. This role requires effective communication between shifts, daily progress reporting, and proactive problem-solving to prevent delays. Additionally, the Mechanical Supervisor works closely with the Drawing Release team to ensure accuracy in assembly and fabrication and assists with maintaining an organized and safe shop environment.
Quality Manager
The Quality Manager‘s primary function is to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of the Quality Department. Develop, implement and monitor quality policies and work instructions to ensure products meet or exceed customer quality requirements, reflect the Company’s Quality Standards and meet ISO requirements. Ensures ISO certification is maintained, leadership in ISO recertification efforts and improvements in manufacturing quality, and direct supervision of quality team members.
Warehouse and Material Handling Staff – Main Assembly
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Material Handler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle, move, load, and unload heavy metal materials using manual methods and material handling equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industrial setting and demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area.
Warehouse and Material Handling Staff – Panel Shop
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Material Handling Staff member to support our Panel Shop operations. This role involves handling, organizing, and transporting materials and components used in panel assembly. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying shipments, managing inventory, preparing materials for production, and operating forklifts and overhead cranes. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Lead Hands – Electrical (Not Licensed)

Janitor/Custodian
The Janitor’s primary function is to clean and maintain the offices, shop facilities, and yard, including garbage disposal, snow removal from sidewalks (as needed), and gardening.
Electrical Supervisor
